Much better today, just mildly itchy, with slight redness and still a wee bit photosensitive.  I have made an amazing discovery, ibuprofen with codiene (Nurofen Plus) works wonders on the itchiness.

I have been rather MIA for a week due to this eye infection. Seems that many of my good friends in the US (the ones that don't check LJ to see whats going on) got worried, and I received emails asking if I and everything was ok.

That gives me the warm fuzzies. :)

Had holiday/christmas party invite from long standing friends of aikidomayland. I didn't want to beg out due to illness (please forgive typos and mispellings, as my vision still isnt up to par) as I am rather ummm well, I just remember when four 'friends' turned on me like rabid bitches when I got sick a few years back. Here I am, sitting watching SG1, indoors, wearing baseball cap and sunglasses. At least I can function. Managed to fix _meegan_'s chipped nail. I am very good at manicures. Even half blind.

I think, however, I will let aikidomayland do the cooking tonight. Not too sure how well I can manuver around hot stove and sharp knives tonight.

Made an MP3 dvd, so I am not slave to the external drive for music. I don't want an IPOD. I have a PPC and if I want to listen to music, I just load some tunes on an SD card. Do the same thing to watch videos too ( Read more... )
