This is very worrisome. It sounds very much like a mood disorder, either depression and anxiety or maybe something on the bipolar spectrum. Do you need to talk? I want to make sure you're okay.
Hey, I'm thankfully doing much better after therapy yesterday. I think my therapist is still trying to put her finger on what exactly is the matter with me. I have definitely considered, more than a couple times over the past few days, the various tidbits I've heard about Manic-Depression over the years; I wonder if and how my drastic highs and lows would compare.
At the moment, I'm crossing my fingers that my mood is on the upswing, so I'll be okay. Thank you for being such a good friend, though. It really means a lot to me to have your support.
