Well, I think it'd be more accurate to say that he'd be co-Kage, since I can't see him and Temari holding that position in Leaf. Maybe some wacky new village that they founded.

On your ShikaTem note, though, I wanted to say that I read your fic 'Knife Edge' and LOVED it. I mean, LOVED. /fangirling

Yeah, I think Shikamaru would make a good Hokage, but it'd take extenuating circumstances to force him into the position. He'll wind up as Hokage for a while at the end of one of my fics, but he'll only be accepting it with the understanding that it's temporary until Naruto is ready to take the position. XD

And thanks! I'm pretty proud of that fic, although I still want to do a less omgtragic serious TemaShika fic someday. XD
