By the way, half the time I see 'SEED fic' and start picturing the FF8 SeeDs flying around space in giant man-shaped robots. And that masked guy finally taking off the mask to reveal... Seifer! Or maybe Trepie #3.

Hee! I had a bit of trouble too when I started replaying FFVIII fairly recently. ;) How far are you in SEED?

Not very far--four eps in, I think? I like it, it's just that Sims 2 sucks my time away like a temporal vampire. When I kick that habit again I'll be more productive in many ways. I admit I was confused at first; all, 'Wait, Mariau? Ashran? Who are these people?' It took awhile for my brain to get the memo that the subtitle names and the... anime, I presume? names aren't an exact match. :P :)
