Well, I was directed here by...um...well, someone.

I post pretty regularly. I'm always giving people birthday greetings, because I know how it can be if it seems like nobody notices. I post about what I'm reading, what I'm watching, and I look forward to discussing it all with folks.

Do you post pictures from your garden on occasion? I love those! Are you friends with "beckysgarden"? I think that is how she has her user info. Anyway she is most awesome and does great garden and life posts. If you have a chance, click her name from my user info and check her out. Tell her that I am pimping her out to strangers gonna be friends in my journal. It won't surprise her.

I had to join in, couldn't resist from the writeup fireflylive gave this :)

So who am I? Well I'm a mum and a daughter and a teacher and a book reader and a writed of lots of bits of things and nothings and sillies and seriouses. I mostly write friends' only because of my job, I don't want the students finding me, or to upset them when I'm in need of a rant (I do like most of them honestly) I live with my new budgie, Wedgwood, who can't fly (how do I end up with two budgies who would rather walk than fly?) and next door to my mum.

I'm a Doctor Who and CSI fan and like most things in between, both on TV and in books. I go through fazes, at the moment my free time when I'm not asleep is sewing, this one is cross stitch, My daughter and I are sharing these two tasks, both for new babies in the family.

I'm also enjoying my Wii at the moment, mostly Wii Fit, I was 21 yesterday, 23 today, younger than my daughter :)

New babies in the family! How wonderful and I hope you talk about them. With pictures. I do love pictures.

Have you tried "Just Dance" on Wii? I would totally recommend it whether you love to dance or not. Despite it being a fun game, my family has turned it into a nasty competition with me as the current House Champion. My husband is trying to beat me but he sucks. I tell him through post-it notes on the bathroom mirror. It really is a fun game, and it is great exercise.
