Well, at least the weather improved a lot today. It had rained the past two days but by noon the sky had cleared and we had a nice, clear fall day. That's the best thing about today; otherwise it's been full of minor annoyances.

I'm glad that you didn't lose your ID! I almost lost my school one before - on the phone and climbing up stairs with it in the shallow pocket of my jeans, then I found it when I retraced my steps.

Hope Maya gets to feeling better soon. For me, it's the allergy/sinus fun.

I could probably order the passes online; I'm just ticked off that these 2 didn't work properly and I seem to have lost $9.60 on each of them ($12 minus the $2.40 for the rides I did get).

Thanks for your kind thoughts for Maya. I think she's actually involved in some school avoidance but that's a subject for a locked post.

I forgot to mention the nosebleed I had at 11 a.m. Ah, fun times.

I forgot to mention yet another annoyance that happened before #2 - my nose started bleeding profusely around 11 a.m. for no apparent reason. Fortunately it lasted only about 10 minutes. Oy.

ugh, it was 100° here today. AGAIN.

And that sucks about the passes. I bet they make them crappy on purpose because they know most people would rather just lose the money than take the time to get it replaced. They're trying to hoodwink you!!! lol, I've never used the word hoodwinked before in my life.
