I guess you got me there but its pretty specific. Instead of the Queen of Ice Cream she'd be the Queen of Cotton Candy Ice Cream (though now that I think about it I don't think theres any domain over cotton candy.)

I've seen plenty of blue ice cream flavors before: blueberry, blue raspberry, blue bubblegum, and Smurf (blue bubblegum ice cream with marshmallows).

alright, well, I guess what I meant was its not really the colour people think of when they think of ice cream. Maybe Thats just me though cuz I hate most blue fruit.

THAT MIGHT JUST BE THE ANSWER. I'm giving her this sort of magical, Ponyo's mom, dress-is-made-from-the-sea thing (because I decided if she can't leave the sea she can't deux-ex-machina the whole comic) so theres no reason why her magic ice cream dress can't be constantly changing flavors/colours from panel to panel.

everyone is making some pretty good points- even if ice cream itself is rarely blue, blue is certainly a candy colour and would be in-theme. I think then maybe the first time Frostine appears I'll colour her in blue so everyone knows who she is, then have her start going all Neapolitan after that.
I am glad you enjoy hearing about this silly idea ^_^ because I'm not sick of talking about it.

I hold with the "colour changing dress" idea that avi_via_vai suggested. Not only can you do all the looks you want, but it also adds a layer of magic to things that can only improve the comic.
