Its funny, sometimes you write up a long long long entry, but only to delete it. Well, I'm a bit smarter and older these days so I've emailed to myself. I'll have a look in the morning at work and decide what to do with it.

I finally ventured in to the land of contact lenses. Today I had them on a few hours and plan to ramp up the duration as the days go by. Diya (housemate Keith’s fiancé) thinks with my clean shave look and contacts I look quite young like around 21. Hahaha :P ( Read more... )

Fark sake! I finally figured out what's causing so much shin/calf soreness. Damn it! Now running awesome, on the 1 minute run intervals around the loop I even overlapped some people twice! muhahha :P
