Congratulations, anher! Wonderful job, BZ! I am SOOOOOO impressed. I have so much respect for you, having persevered to the completion of your quals. I know being deployed is not a favorite thing, but I'm sure it will be great value to you. The reason I chose to follow a career as an Engineering Duty Officer (1400 series) was so that I would have fewer deployments and more time at home with family. There were times, however, that I had to go to sea to do my job effectively.
I wonder if being Plane Captain qualified will add points to your competitive composite score for advancement? I sure think it should.

Unfortunately PC does not add points to my composite score for advancement. Nor will earning my wings anymore as it's a requirement for 1st now.
