Saw Daybreakers, like, uh, some time ago. -_- I wrote most of this post something like two weeks ago and didn't post it. Anyway. Perfectly Acceptable Vampire Movie. Mostly watched it for evil Dr. Grant Sam Neill, and he was deliciously evil. Ethan Hawke did not annoy the fuck out of me, which is always a major accomplishment on his part. Willem ( Read more... )

I have wanted to see Daybreakers for a while now. I was like "Ooh vampi--EVIL SAM NEILL. GOING RTFN."

Still :( that you're behind on Mentalist, as the number of people freaking the fuck out with me has considerably diminished. School is apparently SRS BSNS! Daybreakers isn't a genre breakout or anything, but it was entertaining, and that's good enough for me. The world building was SO interesting to me, and I could've watched a whole another two hour movie that's just all about that world and how it functions and all that.

Evil Sam Neill is UNF.

Yesssss, watch them! The first two eps are kinda lame, but it gets better towards ep 4.

As far as CM goes, I, uh, haven't seen anything since 100. I'm really weird with that show--I love it to pieces, but I seem to let episodes pile up and then watch three or four (or more) at once. There are exceptions (like when the previews are complete crazy shit and I wanna see now now now), but mostly that's what I seem to do.

Of course, I also don't have cable and therefore can't watch things live, so that changes things.

Oh man, I was always MUST WATCH NOW. NOW NOW NOW. with CM. So it's weird where now I'm more like you, yeah. Letting eps build up.

I choose not to watch TV live anymore. COMMERCIALS. FEH.

It's kinda nice, in a way, 'cause I don't drive myself crazy waiting for the next ep. =D

BLAH TO COMMERCIALS. That's twelve minutes of time each hour I could be using for something else.
