The Conspiracy Wall, aka the Writing Post

So over a year ago, I started my Conspiracy Wall, which I posted about here. I always meant to do update posts, but I lost my camera and I got lazy, plus I don't want to jinx my writing, so I didn't. Chitchatting with kuteki the other day reminded me of this, and with her and aurora_84's encouragement, I bring you an update.

Yay, you posted this! It looks awesome, I have tried to do a comprehensive word document in the last few days and it is proving impossible! To top it all, I keep writing and posting comment fics or random requests before the things I actually want to be writing.

Why no Matrix AU?

Just tell 'em we're survivors is an amazing title! You should write it anyway, though I know exactly what you mean about it not sounding fresh anymore. I think the reason why I have recently been afraid to write Pinto is that nothing seems fresh anymore and I have to stop myself from churning out random fluff.

I still want to see the Chris/Karl Chris/Zach...

XD Thanks! If you can, do a wall! I don't know if it's ACTUALLY helpful, but it's visual and big! With colors! And post-it notes! Post-it notes make everything better.

I dropped the Matrix AU because my brain was spinning it into something overly complicated that I couldn't... make concrete. It's all concepts and themes and ideas. I have found that I write best when I've got scenes rather than concepts. IE: a mental image of two people arguing, as opposed to a generalized sense of CONFLICT. I LIKE what I've been mulling for it though, so I might come back to it, should it ever get less vague.

DON'T LET IT STOP YOU! I LIKE RANDOM FLUFF! WRITE WRITE WRITE! I think everybody infuses their own perspective, their own take on the same concept anyway. The only stopping me from writing mine is more laziness anyway.

As for the not quite threesome, I think I might have to just force myself to sit down and rewrite the damn thing to my satisfaction one of these days.

Haha, no, that does make sense actually, I know exactly what you mean about concepts v scenes, because I am the same. I have a Glee fic idea, which is mostly concept based and I tried to start writing it yesterday only to realise I've no plot as it stands. I do hope you go back to the Matrix at some point, as it is certainly intriguing!
