ah, all right, then I can generalize and say I do better with berries than fruit (although strawberries can be my undoing also).

Definitely, in my experience not eating late makes a huge difference.

My problem right now is that it's hard for me to eat during the day because the little one doesn't let me take the time to prepare the food and eat it. So I wait until my husband gets home, and then it's already late, but I'm super-hungry, and eat too much.

Eat something that takes next to no time. Baked chicken breast, stir-fried frozen veggies, stuff like this. Leftovers.

try squeezing some lemon juice on your vegetables instead of salt. it adds the flavor :)

я тоже никак не могу перестать есть вечером. фрукты точно тригер, но для меня основной триггер - вино. Вечером, с кинцом, бокал винца, и тут же хочется есть, и сдержаться не возможно.
для себя поставила цели: не есть после 8. вино пить разбавляя водой в три раза, и ничем не закусывая, фрукты ограничить одной порцией в день. ягоды пока не ограничиваю, но видимо придется на след неделю.
пока не взвешивалась, потому что начала вчера :) Но не палео, а wheat and dairy free в комбинации с принципами пятнашек олега терна.
A спортом ты продолжаешь заниматься? как часто?
