"Smart boy," Parker cooed, and wandered in to take a seat by his desk. "Incidentally, not a good idea to invite strangers in. Vampires can't enter, at least, lots of them can't, without an invite. You're just lucky I come bearing chocolate and not a thirst for blood." She offered him the bag of Doves. "So? News? Good news?"
