So I made mashed potatoes for the first time by myself. They aren't really difficult and turned out well, but I always have my doubts that i'm doing things right the first time. I also peeled the potatoes with an actual knife because it turns out we don't have a peeler and so that was an experience ( Read more... )

yeah, me too. I was talking to my apt mate at the time and was like, yeah, so if I cut myself, i'm gonna need you to be the calm one, because i won't be.

erm. how about the first 3 recs and why? I'm not sure I would know what to do with an excel sheet, besides ignore it because anything in excel begs procrastination.
