No, not spam, an email from a company ent out to people that signed up. This is one o the reasons I love my new job - being able to see the fruits of my labor.

No service for nearly three days straight. Canceled trouble call "because they fixed the problem in the area" but not notifying us they canceled it, so me rushing home to be here was pointless. And the problem wasn't fixed fifteen minutes later.
