Pad Thai.
If there is one thing I enjoy very much, it is cooking. I don't do it often, but when the spirit moves me (and I've got the right Food Network inspired recipe), I am glad to do it. Babies.
So it is official: I am going to be an aunt. Paula had a doctor's visit today and got her prenatal vitamins and whatnot. The baby will be due around October 19th (my cousin's baby is due September 19th!!) and she will get to hear the heartbeat next Tuesday ( Read more... ) -

Best week in a while so far. As of last post, my wish came true. Gene is out all week on Paternity or Daddy Leave. His wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on Saturday. Rough, rough week at work last week. Erin and I both cried at least once at different times. Except I teared up in the privacy of my own cube while she did it in front of the boss. It is surprisingly a pain in the ass to sort out my Hotmail Inbox. I started reading some of my e-mails, the earliest of which are from March. Jesus Christ all my early ones are all either from Jeff or Lauren. Clearly, I am very bored. I've been home since 4PM. This week Horizon closes at 2 PM.
