I'm banning myself from fast food for a while because I always feel sick after eating it and it gives me bad poo. I suppose this is a good thing because it's not good for you to begin with, but sometimes I feel like eating McDonald's french fries and eating baked sweet potato fries from Whole Foods just isn't the same. I probably ate a weeks worth of calories tonight. My cousin and her boyfriend called to see what I was doing and then invited me out for a steak dinner for my birthday. I have all of the excuses in the world, I know. But really, I was busy today. I went to the dermatologist at 2:30 and didn't leave until after 3:30. Right afterwards, I had to go to Safeway to buy ingredients for vegan cupcakes for Jess' birthday, baked and frosted the cupcakes, ate dinner and went to Jess' house. I'm trying to set myself up with all of the tools I need to be successful at losing weight and training for our Mount Shasta bid. My plan is to go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes until my 23rd birthday, June 12, 2008.
