I'm trying to set myself up with all of the tools I need to be successful at losing weight and training for our Mount Shasta bid. My plan is to go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes until my 23rd birthday, June 12, 2008. Hopefully it'll help motivate me to be more active for Shasta and the Nike Women's in October 2008.
I know the first few weeks are the toughest, but hopefully, making the gym a part of my daily routine will be a little easier if I set a gym time alarm on my phone. My weight loss goal is 25 pounds, which is about 4 pounds a month. I start things like this with a BOOM and end with a sputter, so I guess we'll see.
