Disaster has struck in my life (when I tell you what the disaster is, you will understand, as I do, how spoiled I am...). My iPod is dead. I am writing to you from an adorable cottage in Traverse City, Michigan, where I am spending fall break with a handful of my law school friends. It was a stroke of genius to plan this trip.
