SO EASY.

Whisk 3 TBSP unseasoned rice vinegar, 2 TBSP white miso, 1 TBSP FRESHLY MINCED GINGER, AND 1/4 vegetable oil in a small bowl. In a large bowl, combine 1 16 oz bag of broccoli slaw, 3 large green onions, thinly sliced, and 1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro. Toss with dressing. CONSUME.

Similar but probably more authentic than the recipe I have used. Never tried miso before, wonder if I can find that in the (non) vast ethnic section of my local grocer?

Thanks!!

Probablynot. It needs to be refridgerated. If you have any sort of asian grocers they always have it.

That all looks so tasty! And as though a good time was had by all. :o)

And the corn pancake recipe looks achievable. *rubs hands together*

It really is. I only warn you that you should make sure you have enough cornstarch in there and make sure your oil is really hot.

Mmmmmhh, that Seoul rolled beef looks yum. Did you get fancy with the duck and blow the skin out so it would get extra crispy? I've never figured out how to do it.

I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING I FORGOT TO DO. You know what? Maybe next time I'll make fewer dishes and do that. I wonder how.

I think the bigger places use an air compressor and just wedge the hose between the skin and meat. I'm not sure how to do it without that though. Tire pump??

Brush your teeth really well and pretend you're in a Ricola commercial?
