Mmmmmhh, that Seoul rolled beef looks yum. Did you get fancy with the duck and blow the skin out so it would get extra crispy? I've never figured out how to do it.

I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING I FORGOT TO DO. You know what? Maybe next time I'll make fewer dishes and do that. I wonder how.

I think the bigger places use an air compressor and just wedge the hose between the skin and meat. I'm not sure how to do it without that though. Tire pump??

i SHOULD SEND YOU THE RECIPE I GOT FROM MIL. SHE TRANSLATED IT FROM A CHINESE COOKBOOK, AND THE PANCAKE RECIPE WAS GOOD, AS IS THE SAUCE.
