I'm not sure where that expression comes from, but it applies. I've been stuffy and congested for a couple of days, since Thursday I think, and today I just couldn't stay awake to get much done. I spent much time sitting on the couch trying to read but actually dozing with a book in my lap, or doing the same in front of the computer. The latter is

Working in a library is rather like being a school teacher, though. You can easily get kid crud.

Working where I do exposes me to some interesting things as well. My immune system has hardened as a result. Occasionally though, one still gets me.
