First, it took three attempts and several stern IT conversations from me to convince them that, yes indeed, they could hook up a cable modem for Mom since it uses the same signal that is obviously giving her cable TV. I agree with you about Comcast - i've never had any problems with them and wish they would blow Charter out of the water. I like the digs at MS as well - Bill Gates is at the top of my people I really don't like list. I'm even thinking about looking at a condo somewhere other than where I'm buying because only Chater has service there. Now that sucks!
