Mike was drawn to Harvey right from the start. Harvey brought out something in him that he'd never even known he'd wanted or needed. And together with Harvey, Mike explores his submission and what it means to give it to the one person in his life who knows what to do with it. It's a long and complicated road for both of them, but they make each other better in the end.

I was going to do this on my own, since we all know I'm addicted to big bang challenges - but then I met midnight_writer and she became the Harvey to my Mike. She's perfect and this would never have happened without her.
This fic started off on a whim, we thought we'd write something that maybe hit a few different prompts on the kink meme. We wanted to explore the characters of Mike and Harvey and more than that we wanted to take time to talk about the sort of relationship they were entering in to. We wanted to see the way it developed and the high and low points involved in all relationships, but particularly one involving the dynamics of Domination and Submission.
We're both really pleased with how this turned out in the end. And we're looking forward to exploring the story of Mike and Harvey's relationship as it continues on from this point, so look for that in the future if you enjoy this.
