My class is preparing for a Medieval Festival they are presenting for their parents next Tuesday in our school library. We've prepared five Robin Hood plays based on a novel we read, plus we'll be singing three songs: Meg Davis' "Wind In The Pipes", Heather Dale's "Stone Soup" and the traditional "The Keeper". The Olympic Torch Relay travelling across Canada right now toward the Vancouver Winter Olympics in February passes through Toronto and Richmond Hill tomorrow and Friday. I've decided I'm going to try using my guitar in music class today for the first time this school year. Hmmm, we'll see how it goes and how long my wrist will hold up. My physiotherapist graduated me to "the machine" yesterday, having me starting to work with a series of pulleys and weights. I gather the two physio guys are pleased with my flexibility progress, but want to try and step up my strength development. It's still just over-half of what it needs to be, but improving.
