In mid-March, my mom found a cat caught in a trap. My neighbor raises and hunts Chinese pheasants in his vast, forested backyard, and to ensure that he is the only creature hunting them, he covers his property with cat traps. Imagine how hard life woudl be without ears. I was today. my ears hurt from supporting not only my glasses but also the surgical mask sick people are supposed to wear to prevent their disease from spreading.
