I don't have confetti leaves. Stupid subtropical climate. It's that really annoying time of year where I go "YAY I CAN WEAR LAYERS!" and then it's balls hot in the day and cold at night, so I end up wearing layers in defiance and sweating a lot if I'm out during the day, then finally being comfortable after 7pm. I realise I could just bring a cardigan in my bag and just put it on after sunset, but fuck you, my cardigan isn't a vampire, it should get to come out during the day. Anyway. Deciduous trees are one of several reasons I'm sad I wasn't able to go to Melbourne for the comedy festival last month. They get proper autumns down there, and it's AWESOME.
