my therapist said I can start swimming now..so now Its time for me to start preparing for the 500 yd swim...

I got 18 pull ups today...just 2 more to gain...and then I'm there..

today I ran around in meyer park with juan..that was fun.

my foot hurt all day :[ I don't get it..it made me sad and I ate pie....that's what I do when I'm sad..I eat pie..or eat ice cream..and watch action movies and say ..man..if I wasn't injured...I could do all that. :[

but oh well...today was good..I'm not complaining ^^
