Life's duties call when all I want is to melt into breezy sunshine.
My laziness is a startling realization,
Jolting me from sleep like cold water to the face.
My mind runs so fast through life that it all flickers like a mirage.
Is it real? Maybe not.
The curtain in the temple is torn and burning.
May the ego be extinguished.

Today I punched a wall. I think it might have been the stupidest thing I've ever done. Not only did this shallow fit of anger make my hand ache, it delivered a low blow to my ego as well. Comic-Con yesterday was tons of fun, so much that I plan to go back today after work.
