I'm sure you've answered this question before, but why haven't you gone to the authorities and had him charged and arrested? I don't think there is a statute of limitations on molestation. Also, as far as tuition is concerned...scholarships? Loans?

I'm fairly certain there is a statute of limitations on abuse cases. The only thing that doesn't have a statute of limitations, as far as I know, is murder.

Ten minutes' internet research (so not the most sound thing ever, but everything I found was PDF reproductions of actual legal documents, so, I would assume its accuracy) leads me to the belief that the statute of limitations on child abuse (of varying kinds) doesn't expire until 5 years after the victim turns 18.
