Got two more legitimate emails in my Gmail account this morning meant for other people. Did an internet search, and think I've figured out WHY I get those emails. Apparently Gmail doesn't recognize "dots" in user email account addresses. My Gmail starts with "albert65". So, if someone made an account with, say, "albert.65", the email would come to MY address. NOT good, being, if I were dishonest, I could easily get those persons sensitive account info!
Never get those types of misdirected emails in my PRIMARY account, which is the paid version of Yahoo Mail. Still glad I don't use Gmail for anything IMPORTANT, just newsletters I subscribe to.
