Don't know if there's a link between the two Wood families. Maybe distant.

By the way, the Woods on my side and the Woods on Diana's side were on different sides of the ocean in the 1800's (but still could be distantly related)

actually, I was wrong before... it turns out the people on Lady Di's family tree WERE from the USA but one of them moved back to Britain (to marry into the aristocracy).

Imagine that, moving BACK to Britain from the US. What a CRRAAZY thing to do !
