Welp, I haven't checked in here for a while. I'm keeping up with everything, lifts keep going up, weight is still going down, but very slowly. Tomorrow is weigh-in day, last week i weighed 197. So I'm still on track to make my fitday goal of 189.5 by March 15, but it's been slow going the past couple weeks. Superbowl food, then snow storms keeping
