Dessert: Whole Foods Dark Chocolate Truffles (170 cal)
Total Calories Consumed: 1798 cal (17p/42f/41c)

Exercise:
- Walked 0.8miles to work (slightly uphill) in 17 minutes (~100 cal)
- Weight lifting!:
..... back squats: 65x5x2, 70x5, 75x5x2, 80x5
..... bb Military Press: 40x5x3, 50x5x2
..... bb Bent-Over Rows: 50x5, 55x5x2, 60x5x2
..... Lat Pull-down: level 5x8x2, level 6x8.
- 591 Cal on elliptical(40 mins, 5.35 mi, level 8 setting)
- Walked 0.8miles home (slightly downhill) in 12 minutes (~100 cal)

Total Calories Burned: 1797 (resting metabolic rate) + 791 = 2588
Net Calories burned: 790

I don't think I was hitting parallel on the higher weight squats :\. I'll fix it next time. PS I started my grad school applications tonight finally.
