Back to the gym this week. My schedule will be MWF: cardio (mostly Zone 2 with some HIIT thrown in for good measure), TTh: strength with some Zone 2 cardio to start and end. It's been a hard day. I think it might be that time of the month, because I have been CRAVING sweet things all day. I've managed to have just apples and cheese or almond butter, but it is getting harder. So I am now down about 10lbs (give or take a pound depending on water intake the previous day) since starting No Sugar No Grains (NSNG). And this is without being super crazy intense on staying NSNG. Staying at home with the baby means that I work 24/7/365, with only about 8 hours out of the house and not on 'baby duty' a week. So, I was a bad carb counter yesterday. I ate out with a friend, and while I thought I made decent choices, I neglected to remember sauces. Today has not been much better, as I ate an apple, which accounts for nearly all the carbs I am allowed today. my yahoo mail has gone all screwy. on the first screen, where normally you see on the left a list of options (folders, inbox, drafts, trash, etc) the margin that splits that part off from where you see your mail and such has been moved all the way over to the left, so that all you see is a large blank screen and then on the left the inbox, trash, ( Read more... )
