So I made myself a bowl of soup to warm me up and soothe my sickness, and I sprinkled in a bit of black pepper - just a bit, mind you - to spice it up a wee bit. I hate when the pepper all floats on top so the first spoonfuls are too peppery, so I stirred it into the broth and noodles as well as I could.
