thoughts disappearing like tears from the moon

i am eating chicken noodle soup. it is good. mm.

why do i have these incredible dreams when i'm sick? does my mind just give up on keeping my body working properly and instead focus entirely on my mind while i'm asleep? because for the past two nights i've had these extensive, involved, coherent story dreams. unfortunately i've mostly forgotten
