I was just showing my sister some of the things you can do with the GIMP and made this super cool icon. :) I am well pleased.

I didn't make too many (so no cut), but I felt like doing *something*. I'll admit, I had a crush on Steve Irwin - I mean, he's boyishly cute, passionate about his work, a wonderful father, and he wrestles gators. What's not to like?

Both ascadulineadept and amadareneko requested Balm/'This, too, is sacred' icons in my request post. I think that I did a better job on these Balm icons than I did on the Jasmine icons. Ok, I'm inspired & on a roll, plus I'm trying to learn more icon making techniques. Please give me your favorite line/House/character from the Kushiel books and I will do a whole slew of them. I'm hoping for ideas beyond *just* the flowers/mottos. May take a while, with all that's going on, but it will give me something to work on in my spare time ( Read more... )
