I'm a new Donna. I'm the same Donna who recently signed the guest-book over at your John Castle Gallery. Then I followed the link from there to here. Found--even--more--John--Castle-y--goodness--! [Swoons.]
Our two cats love to chase our creepy-crawlies. Our particular plague are speedy multi-legged horrors known as house centipedes. When our kitties are through with them, usually all that's left are some legs. Or the thing without its legs. Our cats are also very good about notifying us when the ants attempt their annual spring invasion. Aaaaand shredding upholstery, and trying to chew up plastic bags and rubber bands, and rip up paper. But nobody's perfect.
Welcome! It's a bit shocking how many JC fans are named Donna... you are the third I have encountered (that comes to mind - there may be more that have emailed me.) I just added you as a friend - If you haven't figured things out yet, that means that a lot of posts on my journal that were locked are now viewable for you. And - Use the " john_castle" tag to see all the posts about him - You will find a LARGE QUANTITY of things that I have not posted on the site yet. I always post new stuff here right away, but have found keeping the site updated a bit challenging this past year.
But nobody's perfect.
Actually, I think my Zelda might very well be... She has been the most trouble free cat EVER. It's more a matter of what she *doesn't* do. :-)
PS - Most awesome icon EVER. Did you do that yourself?
*laughs* You wouldn't want to come to my home right now, then. Is spiders festival time. We have all sizes and colors roaming around. Which is weird, as it's at Spring when the buggers usually show up. Nevertheless, my doggie is happy. She think spiders are amazing, moving toys to play with.
I know it's irrational, that their venom is usually not toxic, that most of them can't bite me anyway but.....some spiders I just can't deal with. And showing up in your shower unannounced, how rude!
And I was raised on Charlotte's Web... You'd think I'd love the little buggers, but I even had trouble watching the movie (in spite of the fact I loved it.) Go figure.

I wish Zelda would make herself useful and show an interest... Alas, she can't be bothered.
