My dad died today. I was supposed to go get my wisdom teeth out, but instead I went to the hospital, to see his dead body.

Hey all,

Does anyone have Corian or other solid surface countertops? Or quartz? Granite? We're going to get ours redone, and I'd like to know if people like their countertops before I shell out a buttload of money. I'm really leaning towards the solid surface stuff.
