I have been taking my meds at random hours, or not taking them at all. This is ruined my sleep schedule (I woke up at 7pm today, after 14 hours of sleep). And I'm a wreck, emotionally and mentally; angry, sad, violent, etc ( Read more... )

I really hope you don't start hurting yourself again. Just keep telling yourself that you have come this far, and you won't mess up. You have the strength. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

In the morning I take effexor, wellbutrin, and lamictal. At night I only take effexor. So that adds to the badness.

During the surgery it is so so creepy. To see these huge needles jabbing around their insides. And after face-lifts they look terrible for weeks.

Babygirl, try to get into the habit of picking a specific time during the day to take it, and try having the time written on your hand in permanent marker or something for the first week or so. It should become routine whenever you realize it's that time slot every day.

And just cuz you hurt yourself for years doesn't mean you will inevitably start up again. You've been free of it for 8 months, and that's awesome, and also a really good sign that you can continue with that. People who are addicted to all sorts of things are able to stop forever when they want to, and it's really evident that you want to stay with it. You're aware of it, of your fears about it, and of your ability to stay strong about it because you're making that conscious effort and getting support as well, so I really think you're going to be just fine.
