You were seriously one of the coolest Graphic Designers I knew, Pat.  You had this awesome way about you of totally disarming people, while still having the panache to get things done.  I always looked forward to your visits at MBC, especially when I got the 1-2 punch of both you and CY coming by for some much needed Honeymooners-esque hangouts.

I found out late last week that it's now mandatory for all PR/Marketing staff to go to the Medical Staff Dinner.  This means that I have to buy a dress on the fly, since the dinner is a week from this Saturday.  So, now I have to both buy a dress last minute.  Which is kind of exciting and scary.  Sadly, I'm still not down to pre pregnancy size, so ( Read more... )

I bought this book for thewrongtim for Christmas last year, since he put both it and the movie on his list. Tim told me that he liked the book, though it wasn't as good as the movie. So, I guess it's good we saw the movie first, so I didn't have that whole "did-the-movie-live-up-to-the-book" thing...
