Tajin fruit seasoning that she found at the store. It's a fruit flavor enhancer, that basically makes boring old fruit go whiz-BANG!!! in your mouth. I am currently obsessed with it and sprinkling it on whatever I can get my hands on. So far, we've tried it on red pepper, carrot, chiote, oranges and apples. I think apples win this one, as something about the flavor really meshes. It's been great for me since I can't eat so much now due to the gly-glys. It's like a whole new food sensation!
I cannot get enough of this stuff. Methinks it will be fabulous with mango. For those on my FList that are more on the experimental side when it comes to food, I suggest you pick some of this tasty stuff up.
