So... I did jinx myself. After another week of mysterious horrible sickness/faintness/losing weight, I finally made a doctor's appt, got all sorts of tests done, and received the news today that I do NOT have any parasites (yay) but that I very possibly have celiac disease. Awesome. Next step: stomach biopsy.

so I was offered the job in northern nh at lakeview rehab. I'd be working with adults who led normal lives up until a catastrophic brain injury and now need to relearn the basics. my title would be 'rehab specialist' but they assured me that i could soon apply for the job of 'transitional coordinator' which means working with the adults who show ( Read more... )
