It sounds like your area is enjoying a lovely autumn so far and wow, your home must smell wonderful. I think the best part of roasting a roast is the way it makes the house smell.

Hopefully, your surgery is scheduled soon.

P.S. I made hubby a pan of lasagna, yesterday, we must've had twin aroma's going on. :=)

Twin aromas...lol
I always associate the aroma of a pork roast in the oven with autumn. It's probably my favorite meal that my mom makes. To me, pork roast and apple sauce say autumn.

Oh, you evoked the memory of pork roast and applesauce. That sounds yummy. The spaghetti sounds good, too.

Hubby will be the envy of his co-workers with all his dinners.

I changed the bed, got laundry done, worked out in the yard... It is definitely fall.

I hope you get a surgery date soon.

Yup definitely fall. I had to wear a coat today while walking Maggie.
Until the other day, I hadn't made spaghetti in a long long time. It was pretty good. I enjoy summer with lighter fare like salads and such but it's time for comfort food. Baked home made macaroni and cheese is planned for this week.
