21. Tales of Beedle the Bard by J.K. Rowling

I was really impressed by these.  This woman has a hell of an imagination.  The cool thing was that you'd read the story, each of which was memorable in and of itself, and then you got Albus Dumbledore's commentary, where he explains some of the history behind the stories, or how this group or that group ( Read more... )

they were definitely cute...but i'm honestly just not sure how very origional they were...i read it a bit ago.

There might be a story somewhere that's similar to the one with the three witches and the knight--I'm not sure, but it rung a bell in some way.
