The situation is so messed up. And you can't get health insurance, even if you could afford it a lot of the time. They're looking for any excuse to deny you coverage.

Heck, even when you have insurance, if TIME is to be believed, the companies'll look for any excuse to renege on their coverage once you actually start to make a claim...

Oh I know. I have a friend, who spent a week in a hospital with life-threatening problems. Her insurance company denied her coverage because her blood pressure was normal.

I seriously fear having any break in coverage, for similar reasons.
