There was a time when I was ridiculed for listening to Willie Nelson, until Gord Down wrote "could have been the Willie Nelson, could have been the wine". Thanks Gordie. :^)) Other music I love that some people don't get: Madonna's "Borderline" (just that one song, nothing else by her), Mamas and Papas, Johnny Cash... Oh! And that song by Aerosmith from the asteroid movie!!! I love that song. [snicker...] And fwiw, I'd put Hall and Oates ahead of Michael Jackson, but just barely! I liked him when he was black though.

I know, since both you and Gordie vouch for him, I have come close a few times to trying out some Willie Nelson, but I cannot make that final step. But I don't think the Man in Black should ever garner funny looks, Ring of Fire is a great song :)

And don't get me started on that Aerosmith song! LOL
