I just got back from a long walk in the pasture with 7 dogs who were all thrilled to share an hour with me. All angels, all rescued, all love. Today is a good day!

I just adopted my first rescue dog last month. They are such a gift! How do you handle 7 of the, LOL!

7 is a nightmarish handful! But we started out with one, and took in one at at time. So after four, it just got to be .... I dunno. Easy? They are the light of my life :) My seven daughters.

Thanks for posting that! I need to read it daily for a while as I turn 40 tomorrow and keep thinking about all the things I could have or should have done by now. I know I should be grateful for a hubby, 3 beautiful and healthy children, a nice big house, and the fact that I'm a stay-home Mom.

Things are pretty good - still troubles but I'm taking it one day at a time. I got that as a forward to me from a friend and I thought you, my friends, might also get something out of it. =) *hugs*
