I just got back from a long walk in the pasture with 7 dogs who were all thrilled to share an hour with me. All angels, all rescued, all love. Today is a good day!

I just adopted my first rescue dog last month. They are such a gift! How do you handle 7 of the, LOL!

7 is a nightmarish handful! But we started out with one, and took in one at at time. So after four, it just got to be .... I dunno. Easy? They are the light of my life :) My seven daughters.

Do you just open a big bag of dog food to feed them???

I buy a 50lb bag of Purina Dog Chow and another of Puppy Chow every week. We have four bowls on the front porch, two in the back and one in the kitchen. They never eat at the same time, so there is always food out. We keep the bowl in the kitchen because two of them like to snack late at night. We leave the back door open since we live way, way way out in the country :)
